EXTENDED DEADLINE ONGOING ALL OF 2008

We require two things: A 1-2 minute clip you create,and a signed application. NO ENTRY FEE!

NOTE**Official application must be enclosed with your entry! all submissions must be original and owned by the submitter. Do not send copyrighted films that don't belong solely to you.(No commercial film clips taken from features, original work only please) Clip length to be no more than 4 minutes. Format requirement is mini dv tape or cd.

DGW assumes no liability in the making of the film clip. No nudity please or overt graphic sexual content. Implied violence and gore is okay! Be outrageous! In other words BE ORIGINAL.

Remember only 1-2 minutes are needed for this purpose.The first 50 submissions get $25-, any we use for the festival reel get another $25 plus a chance at the $500 cash prize. $200- second prize.

You must e-mail us for the required application.  It will be sent via e-mail attachment.

* Note on application, DGW needs authorization to show or incorporate the clips for publicity purposes and display authorized by the signed application document. PLEASE NOTE: You cannot have your clip shown or used for promotion without signing the application. It is illegal and all clips without signed applications cannot be used or shown publicly and will be ommited from the festival reel and line-up.
